Not full fasting this week

This week I’m just doing an intermittent Keto vegetarian diet. After 3 weeks of bouncing between full fasting, and intermittent fasting, I need the break. That was rough.

My diet this week, is nuts and green leafy vegetables. Mostly spinach and kale, and I don’t like kale. 😄

Next week, I’m jumping back on the fasting wagon again. So let’s see how this goes.

Remember, this is all about forcing excess glucose out of my body.
