On the first I determined that I was going to post an article a day to my blog. Well, that failed 4 days this month. That means 33% of the time I am not posting so far. Bummer.
The first time I just forgot to post because days can bleed together. However, then I had 3 days in a row. This is because the whole discipline to do this just completely fell off my radar.
The reason this is important to me is that half of my family is dealing with Dementia. Right now I am taking care of my mother who is not functional because of her Dementia. I have become greatly observant of my own behavior. I know that creating routines and learning new things regularly helps keep the brain healthy. I strongly suggest that you keep learning.
What I am doing to keep my brain healthy. In no specific order:
