Don’t seek that which is common: Violence and hate are common. Lust is common. Adultery is common. Coercion is common.
Seek that which is uncommon: Love without conditions is uncommon. A helping hand and heart are uncommon. Peace of the heart is uncommon. A quietness that transcends hate and violence is uncommon.
A dead man may not be able to sin, but a dead man can not be an ally, a friend, a peacemaker, a caregiver, a gentle voice in a turbulent land. Seek the peacemakers, and set them before your masses, that they may promote peace.
