This is why regulations cause more economic hardships than they solve in the protection of the individual.
The only valid food regulation that I like, is the ingredient labeling of products. However, I would prefer it if that was enforced by the reseller over the state.
A whole industry of honest producer certifiers would spin up to help the public to remove the bad players in food production from reputation alone. I mean who purposely buys rotting and poisonous foods in a moderately healthy economy? (Just politicians and criminals) 😃
