We the people of the United States of America, do hereby declare that the government of these states, both federal and domestic, are in treason of the constitution that they have fore sworn to uphold. Also in the application of law, in which they have drafted themselves authorities and privileges that are not also equally distributed or represented by the public at large.
The people of these states, united under the guise and legal name of the United States, also declare that the federal government, and the staff within, both elected and appointed, are in treason, as paid mercenaries of the lobbyists and the companies that they represent.
The people of these states, united under the guise and legal name of the United States, recognize the counterfeiting of US currency, as drafted under the constitution, as a criminal action. Such currency is declared to be, as stated in Article 1, Section 10, of the constitution, gold and silver. Said counterfeiting is also considered the devaluating of the US currency, and as such direct attack and damage to the nation as a whole. Such actions are also of that of treason.
The people of these states, united under the guise and legal name of the United States, recognize the illegal actions of congress and the president of the United States for their violation of the constitution in the actions of war, without proper declaration, and approved congressional action there in. This action is also hereby witnessed as to be treason.
For the purposes of these accusations, with their summary indictment of treason, the definition of treason being used in this document is to be found on Article 3, Section 3, of the United States of America constitution.
