Day 2 of being without Facebook

I still find that my habit to fill time is to go to Facebook, but now I get a physical reaction of disgust and a very real reaction as I stop myself. I hear my own thoughts saying “your account is gone, deal with it.”

So I am at the “what do I do with all of this extra time and mental energy” phase. Trust me, both of those are exactly what I wanted out of leaving FB, but “now what” is the exact thing that keeps popping up in my head.

The what, is do more of what I always do:

  • Bible research
  • My paid job
  • Clean the apartment
  •  Take care of people
  • Live my life, not some social beasty’s hunger
