Still off of FB

So last night I shared my FB addiction to others and discovered that this is a real thing. An addict counselor was in my bible study group and explained some of it.

I also discovered that the most successful people in our group barely to never used FB. Once I found that out, I was gladdened to have decided to suspend my account.

I am going to look at other aspects of my life and consider cutting them too.

A lighter life means more agility.
