If the people of this country put 10% of their energy into something meaningful that they put into sports I suspect that we wouldn’t have an overblown government, still be at war, have a borderline economy, etc.
The worst thing we have done to our lives was allow the dummy box into our homes. The second was to allow people who are not of greater authority than us to tell use what to believe from that dummy box. All hail your new god, the dummy box called TV.
BTW: Sports should be played not watched.
