Food, Food, and more Food

Over the weekend I didn’t balance my meals out. Meaning I jammed 2 and 3 thousand calories into 1 meal and then barely ate for the rest of the day.

So I was expecting to be bloated bigger than ever before. In reality, I lost more weight than I put on. 1 lbs.

This is not the norm, but rather this was a relative high energy weekend and one that I got to learn and grow with several of my fellow Christians.

As I distill this information I will compose some of the class materials into posts.
