Now I remember why I went with a mostly plant based diet.

My BO is horrid today.

Last night I had pork ribs that were absolutely delicious, and now my pits stink badly. When I am strict on my plant based diet I don’t have this BO.

Some other negative impacts of all of that meat: I gained 2 bls, and I had a hard time focusing on the teaching last night. I would have done well to sleep.

Time to return to being mostly a vegetarian, and I look forward to tonight’s workout, though I know those around me won’t.

To keep from torturing the other gym members, I will probably hit the 711 and grab a deodorant before I hit the gym.
