The problem I am having with losing endurance too fast is persisting. I think I am going to get nutritional help for this. I don’t think that this is healthy after 3 weeks to still lose endurance even further. Apparently I am not recovering well at all.
I refuse to let this get the best of me, so I will start Wednesday at my natural foods nutritionist, and see what I need to do and go from there.
My inner most self believes this is going to be something silly, like wrong salts, or a change in breakfast patterns. That is what is usually the case for my prior recoveries.
Well, no workout tomorrow, but I am back in Wednesday – Friday, then Sunday.
