That was a surprise, again. No stamina.
This has to be a dietary issue. I just have no endurance while working out. I mean, I feel a thousand times better, and more alert when done, but everything is taxing my muscles to their limit even faster today than even yesterday.
I know my body will adapt and overcome, that is what working out is all about. But dang 3 weeks of this and I am still on the wrong side of the endurance curve.
This weekend is no weights, just walking. Probably 2 hours each day.
I have not been recording my weight-loss, because after my first 4 lbs, I have lost no lbs, but I have lost inches.
I am not discouraged, nor am I demotivated. The size reduction in my gut is very encouraging.
