Not losing weight.

Though my goal is to lose weight, it just isn’t happening yet.

I don’t see this as a problem, because this week’s goal was to cut sugar from my diet, and reduce meat intake down to 1 day a week.

Monday starts my exercise days. That is when I will expect to lose weight.

I have been considering taking yoga too. My youngest brother is a yoga instructor/teacher (Never sure what to call the sensei of these various disciplines).

So far one cup of coffee a day, followed with several cups of water, has been great. The sugar drop is still a pain, but I am getting used to picking better foods.

Last night was a salad, herbs rather than lettuce, and rather than all vegetables, I also mixed in some fruit.
