I am fully retracting this because this problem was caused by an email that never made it to me. Couldn’t find it in my spam folder or recycle bin. And I have been having problems with Gmail, and Google in general for a while. So I am moving completely off of Google.
I have been weeks on a ticket where the makerware program just doesn’t run. And I had added the windows error log and no effect. And now my 6 month old printer is dead. Why the fuck would someone buy this trash at $2K if it doesn’t work? Your company’s ridiculously slow and meaningless response times to my issues has been a sore spot, but now I am over the top in frustration. If I dealt with my customers this way, I would have no customers at all. I am done. Brian
