So you want to remove replication tables.

This is for SQL 2000. I have not tested or reviewed 2005 yet.

This is pretty simple.

For tables use this combination
— This makes it deleteable
exec sp_MSunmarkschemaobject [The Table to be dropped], dbo
— This deletes it

drop table [The Table to be dropped]

For stored proceedures use this combination
— This makes it deleteable
exec sp_MSunmarkschemaobject [The Stored Proc to be dropped], dbo
— This deletes it
drop proc [The Stored Proc to be dropped]

Though I said it was simple, try finding this information anywhere else.
